“In love is you’re working at it every day. You don’t just wake up and you’re there. There’s things you do, you need to make sure yourself and your partner feels loved. Just saying I love you doesn’t cut it anymore. It’s important to be in love, find the little things that keeps bringing you back to that person. As little as writing love notes on a mirror. I write little messages and usually it will say at the end.. I'm so in love with you.” - Ken Batchelor

“In love is always finding new ways to be in love, always finding new reasons to be in love. Go back to the honeymoon phase, the first 2-3 years of being together. I use that phase, I’ll go back and visualize being in love. When you first fall in love, it’s so exciting, so exhilarating and sexy, the passion - I think of it and use that emotion in my today. Instead of it being a memory, I harness that feeling and I use it to still be in love. It’s a magical feeling. When you first met, your first kiss, whatever gives you goosebumps - harness that energy. We can still have that, we just have to create it.” - Cherise Batchelor

“It’s not the concept of giving from your cup, but it’s the concept of giving from the overabundance, the overflow of your cup that lands on your saucer - so that I am never giving from myself.” - Susana Salgado

My bio goes something like this...

I am going to make everything around me beautiful - that will be my life. (Elsie De Wolfe) This quote is my subtle mission in life...

I’m a mom to an amazing little girl, girlfriend to an amazing man, a social marketer with an amazing online values-driven company, podcaster, thought leader, and the Editor-in-Chief of an online publication. I find a ton of my life’s joy in connecting people, to other people, places and things.

I love speaking, writing, creating, travelling and connecting. A natural leader and disruptor, I have a passion for helping men and women to trust the niggle (trust themselves), tell the truth (boundaries are an amazing thing) and speak, even when their voice shakes. I'm a champion for the underdog, can't doesn't exist in my vocabulary and I believe that taking radical responsibility in your life changes everything.
